    2. Cook 5 ½–6½ minutes (also printed on pouch).
    3. Microwaves vary, cook to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) for food safety.
    3. Let pouch rest for 60 seconds before opening.
    4. Cut along top edge of pouch and shimmy meal onto plate. Be careful, escaping steam is extremely hot.

    Oven

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C and place pouch seam side up on baking sheet.
    2. Cook for 32-34 minutes (also printed on pouch).
    3. Let pouch rest for 60 seconds before opening.
    4. Cut along top edge of pouch and shimmy meal onto plate. Be careful, escaping steam is extremely hot.
