    1. Remove bowl from box and place in microwave with the film on.
    2. Microwave for 4 – 4 1/2 or until cooked thoroughly.
    3. Let stand for 1 minute.
    4. Remove film, stir gently.
    5. Microwaves vary, cook to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) for food safety.

    Oven

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
    2. Remove film and place bowl on baking tray in center of oven.
    3. Cook for 30 minutes.
    4. Remove from oven and stir.
    5. Cook for an additional 15 minutes.
    Ovens may vary, adjust cooking time if necessary. Please do not use toaster oven.
